Founder / Lead Trainer
Brian is the epitome of “it’s never too late” to get fit. Once a high level business executive, Brian was told by doctors he would need medications to counteract his stressful lifestyle. Brian turned instead to exercise and nutrition to lose weight and improve his quality of life. Today, he is a competitive endurance and cross-training athlete, having completed over 50 races from 5ks to full marathons. Combining his lifelong passion for helping others with his passion for fitness, Brian is deeply committed to helping his clients achieve their health and wellness potential.

Head Trainer
Brett Spate is a lifelong fitness enthusiast with a deep passion for health and wellness. From an early age, Brett demonstrated a commitment to physical excellence, earning his 2nd-degree black belt in martial arts at just 12 years old. His dedication to fitness led him to pursue a Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science from Eastern Illinois University, where he honed his knowledge of human physiology, biomechanics, and effective training methodologies.
Brett is a certified Personal Trainer through the National Academy of Sports Science (NASM), and he brings a wealth of experience as an accomplished group trainer. His expertise spans working with clients of all ages, from young athletes to seniors, and he is known for his ability to tailor fitness programs that meet the unique needs and goals of each individual. Brett’s approach to training is holistic, emphasizing not just physical strength but also mental resilience and overall well-being.
As the Head Trainer, Brett is dedicated to empowering others to achieve their fitness goals and maintain a healthy lifestyle through personalized training and motivation.
